Main Role : Create visual and written content that tells the brand’s story, strengthens customer connection, and supports sales campaigns across social media, e-commerce, and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Content Planning & Ideation
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand direction.
- Brainstorm creative storytelling ideas for social media, TikTok, and online platforms.
- Ensure brand tone and aesthetics are consistent across all channels.
2. Content Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for product launches, events, and tutorials.
- Create visual assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, and EVEANDBOY campaigns.
- Coordinate with models, makeup artists, and photographers for studio or lifestyle shoots.
- Manage retouching, editing, and content quality control.
3. Digital & Social Media Management
- Post and monitor daily content across social platforms.
- Optimize caption, hashtag, and visual performance for engagement.
- Support influencer campaigns with creative briefs and asset coordination.
- Track insights and report on engagement, reach, and conversion data.
4. Campaign Support
- Work with Marketing Manager to adapt campaign visuals for online and retail use.
- Support event coverage (photos/videos, behind-the-scenes content).
- Prepare visuals for in-store screens, brand deck, and digital ads.
5. Collaboration & Brand Consistency
- Ensure every piece of content reflects brand identity and seasonal concept.
- Align closely with PR, Sales, and Product teams for timely information and updates.
- Stay ahead of visual trends, beauty content styles, and platform algorithms.
