HRD / Staff Appraisal

- Design the performance review table for each employees to their department head
- Issue the appraisal letter & email and filling related document.
- Developing Performance Appraisal Systems: Designing and developing performance appraisal processes and systems that align with organizational goals, objectives, and values. Providing training to managers and employees on the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

- Monitoring Performance: Monitoring employee performance throughout the appraisal period, collecting relevant data and feedback, and documenting performance indicators.
- Conducting Appraisal Meetings: Facilitating performance appraisal meetings between managers and employees, ensuring that feedback is provided in a constructive and effective manner.
- Evaluating Performance: Analyzing performance appraisal results to identify trends, strengths, areas for improvement, and training needs within the organization.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee performance appraisals, including documentation of objectives, feedback, and development plans.
- Performance Improvement Plans: Collaborating with managers and employees to develop performance improvement plans for individuals who may be struggling to meet performance expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluating and refining the performance appraisal process to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the organization's needs.
- Communication: Serving as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding performance appraisal-related inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Performance Reporting: Preparing and presenting reports on employee performance to senior management and other relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resource administration or other relevant field
- At least 1 years of experience in HRD or Staff Appraisal
- Communicates well in English
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Possesses skills for statistical data analysis and data-based planning, development and improvement of HR strategy
- 14 days annual leave
