โรงเรียนนานาชาติราฟเฟิลส์อเมริกัน- Handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls.
- Coordinate student pickups/drop-offs throughout the day, and item deliveries as per daily requests.
- Ensure excellent customer relations by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns, escalating to the school Ambassador and Marketing Director
- Offer support and assistance to parents and students during special events or activities.
- Keep abreast of school policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage with customers across various communication channels and provide prompt responses to their queries.
- Collaborate with different departments to enhance service delivery for parents and students.
- New graduates are welcomed, with an eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software systems.
- Knowledge of school policies and procedures is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
