Finance Staff

1． Arrange payment transactions for business expenditures and administrative costs, reviewing and processing reimbursement claims and payments, and issuing bank statements.2． Issue VAT invoices according to company guidelines and organize purchase and sales invoices as required.3． Be responsible for receipt reconciliation and sending email notifications for operational confirmations upon receipt of funds.4． Prepare cash receipts and disbursements vouchers according to company requirements, issue checks, and manage cash withdrawals and other related banking matters at the bank.5． Compile daily and weekly cash flow reports and prepare the necessary accounting materials at the end of the month as per company instructions.

1． The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. 2． Must be proficient in using financial accounting software and have a basic understanding of taxation. 3． Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and capable of conducting daily work communications in English. 4． The candidate should be honest, proactive, demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination skills, take responsibility seriously, and be able to work independently. 5． Possess strong negotiation and management abilities (using MS Office and email correspondence). 6． Prior work experience in an international freight forwarding company will be highly advantageous.
