1. Sales & Performance
● Maximize revenue across LINE, TikTok Shop, Cloud Kitchen, and other e-commerce channels.
● Monitor daily sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
● Execute upselling, bundling, and promotional strategies aligned with marketing campaigns.
● Partner with Marketing to launch and execute campaigns seamlessly across online platforms.
2. Operations Management
● Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations: order flow, payment, fulfillment, and returns.
● Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment, while also collaborating to forecast demand, reduce waste, and manage inventory.
● Act as the bridge between back-end operations and customer-facing sales.
● Maintain alignment with platform requirements, pricing, product listings, etc.
3. Data & Insights
● Track KPIs (sales per platform, fulfillment accuracy, cancellation rates, repeat purchase rate, etc.).
● Generate reports and insights for management to support data-driven decision-making.
4. Team Management & Training
● Lead and align all teams within the E-Commerce Department (LINE, TikTok Shop, Cloud Kitchen, etc.).
● Provide guidance, coaching, and training to strengthen sales techniques, operational efficiency, and customer engagement skills.
● Build scheduling, workflows, and communication practices to ensure smooth execution.
● Develop staff capabilities through structured onboarding, refresher training, and continuous improvement sessions.
