• Plan and conduct product quality audits according standards.
• Provide timely feedback on major findings and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Present audit results to relevant departments for corrective actions.
• Conduct audits based on required monthly sample size per model.
• Prepare daily reports and follow up on all identified issues.
• Improve and adapt existing audit methods based on experience and feedback.
• Ensure strict adherence to routines, standards, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate and execute the requalification process by measuring paint layer thickness.
• Prepare and submit requalification thickness reports.
• Conduct cross-cut analysis to verify paint layer structure and quality.
• Lead and coordinate the approval process for paint materials.
• Monitor critical painting process parameters to ensure quality compliance.
• Verify oven curve approvals and document results.
• Perform weekly BYK verification for both QM and production equipment.
• Lead and coordinate Q-Levelling activities within the Paint Shop.
• Participate in Q-Levelling sessions at VoCA to ensure alignment with standards.
• Create, update, and control all quality-related documents (test scripts, audit check sheets, procedures, etc.).
• Ensure all activities comply with MBMTh Quality Policy and standards.
• Conduct internal process audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Cooperate closely with ISO Supervisor and QM team on preventive and corrective actions.
