QC Laboratory Supervisor

About the role

As the QC Laboratory Supervisor at Henkel (Thailand) Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. This full-time position is based in Chonburi, and you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the quality control laboratory, ensuring that all testing and analysis procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing:

• Control and test the quality of Bulk
• Create inspection lot and key Inspection result on SAP.
• Response and test for all instrument in HPLC room such as FTIR, UV and HPLC, etc.
• Training QCB operator to follow the chemical safety and Good Laboratory Practice
• Training and provide the simplify technical or idea to improve the better quality
• Daily report OOS and RFT of bulk to supervisor and production team.
• Control and monitoring bulk rework and reject rate together with follow up the action from production.
• Join mixing of new formula or zero production with NPD and Mixing teams.
• To do the beaker test for confirm root cause of bulk OOS together with production or NPD.
• Control and prepare the chemical reagent for testing and standardize chemical.
• To do the basic PM for all chemical instruments.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working in a laboratory environment, preferably in quality control or analytical testing.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments, testing procedures, and documentation standards.
• Ability to analyze and interpret test results accurately and efficiently.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and supervise a small team, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of lab activities.
• Problem-solving: Able to troubleshoot lab issues and propose effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in conducting tests and recording data.
• Work Location: Chonburi Province.
