Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure supplier provided products and field serviced equipment comply with API Spec Q2, API 6A, and API 16A requirements
• Lead root cause analysis for supplier and field non conformances, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively
• Manage supplier quality performance, including qualification, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Review and close out supplier and in house non conformance reports, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
• Investigate customer complaints related to field quality issues, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to drive resolution
• Conduct supplier audits and participate in customer audits to verify compliance with industry standards and contractual requirements
• Direct QC activities, including supplier inspections, incoming material checks, and field quality verifications
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Accountability
• Accountable for supplier quality performance, qualification processes, and compliance with oil & gas industry standards
• Responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints and field non conformances, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented and tracked
• Ensures supplier and field quality issues are escalated, documented, and resolved in alignment with company and industry requirements
