1. Sales Support & Coordination
• Prepare sales documentation and contracts based on information provided by the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure smooth order processing and customer onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales dashboards for the sales and management teams.
• Track and follow up on leads in the CRM system.
• Manage expense claims.
2. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline reports, sales performance summaries, and KPI tracking.
• Ensure all contracts and agreements are properly filed and organized.
• Support audit processes by providing accurate and complete sales documentation.
3. Customer Service Support
• Support after-sales coordination, including claims, customer complaints, and service follow-ups.
4. CRM & System Management
• Update and maintain customer information, activities, and sales progress within the CRM system.
• Ensure sales data accuracy and compliance with company workflow standards.
5. General Administrative Tasks
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, product presentations, and sales kits.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales team as needed.
