Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. KOL / Influencer Management
* Identify, shortlist, and manage KOLs / influencers / creators that align with the brand’s target audience.
* Negotiate rates, deliverables, and posting schedules with KOLs.
* Write and deliver clear creative briefs aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
* Coordinate product deliveries, tracking links, and campaign materials.
* Review and approve KOL content before posting.
* Collect post-performance data: reach, engagement, clicks, conversions.
* Analyze ROI and report the effectiveness of each KOL.
🔹 2. Content Creation & Viral Marketing
* Develop creative content ideas, hooks, and storylines for TikTok / Instagram Reels / Facebook.
* Create or co-create short-form videos with KOLs or in-house resources.
* Capture, edit, and publish short-form videos using tools like CapCut or Canva.
* Ensure all content reflects consistent brand tone, message, and aesthetic.
* Stay up to date with social trends and implement viral-worthy content ideas.
🔹 3. Online Brand Building & Storytelling
* Strengthen the online presence of the company’s sub-brand through strategic content and KOL campaigns.
* Craft storytelling that connects with consumers emotionally and builds brand affinity.
* Work with the marketing team to synchronize online messaging with offline sales activities (7-Eleven / Modern Trade).
* Support ad campaigns by providing high-performing KOL content for boosting.
🔹 4. Campaign Performance & Reporting
* Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics: reach, engagement, ROI, and sales impact.
* Prepare monthly performance reports with key insights and optimization recommendations.
* Present results and suggestions to the Head of Marketing or CEO.
🔹 5. Cross-functional Collaboration
* Coordinate with the E-commerce Team (Shopee/Lazada) for promotions that align with KOL campaigns.
* Collaborate with the Sales & Trade Team to use online content to boost offline sell-out.
* Support brand marketing campaigns and internal projects as needed.
