1. Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes through HR systems and internal communication channels.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and related documentation.
3. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate and timely HR data.
4. Assist in organizing company events, internal activities, meetings, and communication sessions.
5. Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment and maintenance of benefit records.
6. Monitor and manage office stationery and supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels at all times.
7. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
