Job Responsibilities
1. IT Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide support, inspection, and troubleshooting for IT hardware and systems within the company (e.g., notebooks, printers, NAS, network, CCTV, projectors) to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
2. Software Installation & Setup:
Responsible for installing and configuring essential software for daily operations, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook Classic, Line, Google Chrome, antivirus software, printer drivers, and company-specific applications.
3. NAS System Administration (Synology):
Manage the Synology NAS system, including user account creation, access permission configuration, and password resets.
4. Data Backup & Management:
Perform data backups from computers of resigned employees to prevent data loss and ensure the retention of important company information.
5. Security & Access Control:
Manage the face scan system for time attendance and control access to the building and office (door access system).
6. Corporate Email Management:
Administer the company’s email system, including creating new user accounts and resolving email-related issues.
7. Domain Name Management:
Oversee and manage the company’s domain names, ensuring timely renewal and proper technical configuration.
8. IT Procurement:
Analyze IT requirements and procure appropriate IT equipment in line with organizational needs and budget.
9. Other duties as assigned.
