• Design, implement, and manage the company's network infrastructure.
• Ensure stable and reliable network services (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
• Monitor network performance and optimize resources based on traffic needs.
2. Server Management:
• Manage and configure Windows Servers and VMware/Nutanix virtual environments.
• Perform routine server & backup monitoring and performance benchmarking.
• Plan and execute the installation, configuration, and upgrade of server systems and software.
3. Security Management:
• Develop and enforce policies to ensure the physical and digital security of the infrastructure.
• Manage firewall configurations and conduct regular system audits.
• Stay updated with current vulnerabilities and threats and ensure risk mitigation.
4. Helpdesk Operations:
• Oversee the helpdesk team and ensure high-quality technical support for all internal users.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans to address hardware, software, and network issues.
5. Project Management:
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations, from conception through implementation.
• Ensure documentation is maintained and updated regularly, including network diagrams and configurations.
