• Provide strategic direction and business plan for the team to achieve the annual sales target set by management
• Create a coaching and motivating culture for team members
• Prepare work-in-progress & marketing report to the management on a regularly basis
• To identify business opportunities to increase sales turnover
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate tactics and strategies
