Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is strong in hands-on campaign execution and ongoing ads optimization. This role supports the team by launching campaigns accurately, monitoring performance daily, optimizing within agreed guidelines, and reporting insights to improve ROAS and overall sales performance across paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
1) Campaign Execution
- Set up and launch campaigns based on briefs and media plans (Meta, TikTok, Google, CPAS where applicable).
- Ensure accurate setup: objective, pixel/events, tracking parameters, naming conventions, budget, and schedule.
- Upload, rotate, and update creatives and ad copy as provided by the content/creative team.
- Perform basic QA checks to prevent errors before campaigns go live.
2) Ads Optimization (Daily / Weekly)
- Monitor performance daily and optimize under guidance (e.g., budget adjustments within limits, pausing underperforming ad sets/ads, switching creatives, refining audiences/placements).
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA/CAC, CTR, CVR, CPM, and flag abnormal performance quickly.
- Support prospecting and retargeting structures and ensure campaigns run smoothly and consistently.
3) Reporting & Insights Support
- Prepare short weekly performance updates: results, actions taken, what to improve next.
- Support A/B testing (creative, copy, audience, offer, landing page) and summarize learnings.
- Maintain basic performance dashboards or trackers (Excel/Google Sheets) for visibility.
4) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with the creative/content team to request assets, adjust formats/specs, and share creative performance feedback.
- Work with e-commerce / sales teams to ensure product pages and funnels are ready for campaign traffic.
- Escalate issues (tracking, pixel, platform errors, sudden drops) to the manager promptly.
