- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
・HR consulting or other types of business consulting
・HR operations (e.g., HR Manager, HRBP)
・Organizational development
- Training, facilitation, or development of learning content
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- JLPT N2 or above; must be able to communicate fluently in Japanese.
- English: Business-level communication (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent)
- Detailed oriented, proactive and capable of managing priorities effectively.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Strong skills in communication, coordination, and negotiation
- Logical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience working with Japanese companies or in international business environments, or
being truly bilingual in Japanese and English, is a plus.
- Open to domestic and international business travel as required
