หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Assist Maintenance Manager in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, or vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks and reasonable cost.
Monitor equipment performance and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and spare part stock control.
Assist in budget preparation and cost reduction by self-maintenance for all Production plants and Warehouses.
Collaborate with other departments to improve Safety issues and effective operational performance.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities (i.e. Electrical system) and equipment to identify and reduce potential risks.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (Electronic/Instrument Engineering knowledge) is preferred.
At least 3 years experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Electrical, Electronic & Instrument Engineering.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Good knowledge of computer software e.g. Ms. Office, SAP etc.
