Job Purpose:
The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects of the company’s projects in Thailand. This role ensures compliance with contract terms, mitigates risks, manages claims, and supports project teams to achieve successful delivery in line with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and other legal documents in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide contractual and commercial support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify, manage, and mitigate contractual risks and disputes.
Administer contract changes, claims, variations, and extensions of time.
Ensure compliance with Thai laws, company policies, and international standards.
Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
Support senior management in tendering and bidding processes, including contract review and risk assessment.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on contract and commercial status.
Mentor and guide project staff on contract and claim management best practices.
