Job Responsibilities
Supervise construction site activities, including the installation of machinery, utilities, buildings, factories, and storage facilities.
Manage and maintain construction site documentation, including scheduling and handling paperwork for internal records and submission to the company.
Monitor and verify work progress in collaboration with engineering teams.
Lead coordination with suppliers, outsourced service providers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with the master construction plan.
Prepare quantity estimates and pricing for materials and labor, including change orders (additional or deduction works), and compare with subcontractor quotes when applicable.
Collaborate closely with civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams.
Work in coordination with machinery manufacturers and electrical equipment suppliers.
Ensure all construction activities comply with company policies and legal/regulatory standards.
Conduct audits and inspections from project initiation through to completion.
