Documenting tender projects by managing the entire bid documents for tender process, preparing and consolidating required documents and follow up on license validity, also keeping up the news of potential projects from government/customers. Updated news and information about government’s construction to ensure that company does not miss any opportunities to bid.
Main Responsibilities
1.Source and purchase e-bidding documents from government agencies website and contact with government officer for e-bidding process.
2.Coordinate with the Financial Department for purchase and payment on e-bidding.
3.Prepare and consolidate documents for project tender by reviewing and checking condition and requirement for documents by each project e.g., company profiles, company work’s certificate or others related documents.
4.Assists with the co-ordination of the tenders’ process from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final bid submission.
5.Provide administration support in Tender & Business Development Department, include sourcing, searching, updating company documents i.e., registering for company license, checking company license validity.
6.Collaborate closely at all stages of tender management process with tender manager, tender team, and close collaboration with other departments/teams as appropriate (i.e. Legal, HR, Finance) to ensure that company can complete all requirement document for tender on time.
7.Provide support on information and construction project-related news for tender team by searching and updating news on various government agencies websites and prospect customers and share with tender team.
8.Performs any other related duties and responsibilities consistent with the job title/position.
9.Responsible for overseeing the control of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with the standard's requirements, and maintaining all necessary documented information.
