Social Specialist
Position Overview
The Social Specialist is responsible for managing social aspects of infrastructure projects, including social impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, community coordination, and social risk management, supporting smooth project implementation and constructive engagement with local communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and update Social Impact Assessment (SIA) reports and related social management documents.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination with local communities, residents, and relevant parties.
• Identify social risks during project implementation and propose appropriate management and mitigation measures.
• Assist in handling public inquiries, community feedback, and social-related issues, including follow-up actions.
• Coordinate closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to support implementation.
• Participate in social-related inspections, assessments, and reporting activities.
