Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Product Development, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in food product development (R&D), with expertise in recipe formulation.
Experience in developing retort products and understanding of retort production processes.
Practical knowledge and skills in cooking and food preparation.
Willingness to learn new things and continuously develop professional skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
