Job Summary
The HR Assistant (Thailand) provides administrative and daily HR support for local operations while ensuring timely coordination and reporting to the Singapore office. This role supports employee records management, attendance tracking, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and statutory administration in compliance with Thailand labor requirements.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Records
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases accurately
• Ensure proper filing of HR documents in accordance with company policies and data confidentiality requirements
Attendance & Payroll Support
• Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets
• Verify HR data and provide accurate information for payroll processing
• Support monthly HR and headcount reporting to the Singapore office
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist with recruitment administration and documentation
• Prepare onboarding materials and support new hire orientation and induction
Statutory & Benefits Administration
• Handle Social Security Office (SSO) enrolment and termination for employees
• Manage company insurance administration, including enrolment, updates, and employee queries
• Liaise with external vendors or authorities when required
Coordination & Reporting
• Act as the HR administrative point of contact for the Thailand office
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Singapore HR team
• Support ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned
