Job Summary
The Planning Manager is responsible for planning and managing project timelines, supporting business growth through new client development, and maintaining strong relationships with existing luxury brand clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are well-planned from a scheduling perspective while driving repeat business and long-term client partnerships, with regular communication and reporting to regional management and headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Timeline Management
• Develop and manage overall project timelines and schedules for interior renovation projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are clearly defined
• Monitor project progress against planned timelines and highlight risks or delays
• Support management with timeline forecasts and project status updates
Business Development & Client Growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with luxury brand clients
• Support proposal preparation, presentations, and business pitches
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects
Client Relationship Management
• Act as a key point of contact for existing clients
• Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Understand client needs and coordinate internally to support client expectations
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for additional or follow-up projects
Director & Management Support
• Support Director’s requests including business analysis, planning, and coordination tasks
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as requested by the Director
• Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Reporting & Regional Coordination
• Prepare business planning reports, project pipeline updates, and timeline summaries
• Communicate effectively in English with regional management and headquarters
• Support regional reviews, meetings, and planning exercises
