● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
● Strong English writing skills
● Chinese proficiency in both speaking and writing (HSK5 or above) (optional)*
● Preferably 1–3 years of experience in import/export operations or within the supply chain field
● Experience in startups or familiarity with Chinese business models is a plus
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; basic SAP knowledge for stock and inventory management is desirable
● Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines
● Having good skills in planning, organization, coordination, and negotiation
● Familiarity with logistics procedures and import customs regulations
● Detail-oriented, quick learner, and proactive problem-solver
● Comfortable managing projects independently
