• Open to fresh graduates; however, a degree in Finance or a related field is preferred.
• Comfortable with social media usage, especially in relation to TA activities.
• Possess a good service mind, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Language Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace; basic
Excel (formulas, pivot tables) preferred.
• Social Media Skills: Confident in using social media platforms for recruitment and branding purposes.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively between Sales, HR, and
Management.
• Detail-Oriented: Accurate and careful in handling documents, data entry, and reporting.
• Service Mindset: Supportive, approachable, and solution-focused.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities across Sales support and HR/Talent
Acquisition functions.
