1. Review and organize the local laws-based compensation, individual income tax and welfare policies.
2. Assist in formulating and improving the overseas compensation and welfare management system.
3. Track the changes in compensation and welfare policies and regulations in various overseas countries, and promptly adjust the compensation and welfare plans.
4. Maintain communication with overseas branches and third-party institutions to ensure the smooth progress of compensation and welfare work.
5. Be responsible for the implementation of compensation for employees in the Thai base, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of compensation data.
6. Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
