1. Quality System Construction: Establish, implement and maintain a quality management system (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.), and ensure its effective operation and passing the certification audit.
2. Quality Standards Development: Develop and improve inspection standards, norms and procedures for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products.
3. Quality Monitoring: Lead the IQC, IPQC, OQC teams, and conduct quality monitoring and data statistical analysis throughout the production process.
4. Customer Complaint Handling: Lead the handling of customer complaints and quality abnormalities, organize 8D root cause analysis, and promote the effective implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
5. Supplier Management: Participate in the review and assessment of new suppliers, and regularly conduct quality performance management and coaching for existing suppliers.
6. Quality Awareness Training: Promote quality awareness training throughout the company and establish a "quality first" culture.
7. Quality Tool Application: Promote and use quality tools and methods such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP.
8. Management Review: Regularly report quality performance (such as one-time pass rate, customer complaint rate, etc.) to the management and promote management review and improvement.
