- Drive sales expansion and revenue growth of cloud products in the Thai market, focusing on enterprise and industry-level customers (public & private cloud).
- Proactively develop new customers and business opportunities through client visits, requirement analysis, opportunity management, and follow-ups.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including requirement confirmation, solution presentation, quotation, contract negotiation and signing, project follow-up, and payment collection.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver cloud solutions and clearly communicate product value to customers.
- Maintain and grow key accounts, encouraging continuous cloud usage, upselling, and expansion projects.
- Develop and manage local partners, system integrators, and channels to generate business through joint sales.
- Collect and report customer requirements and market competition insights to headquarters to support product and sales strategy optimization.
