Factory Manager

- Control and optimize costs in all aspects.
- Responsible for production Product quality and overall operational efficiency
- Allocate resources efficiently and make full use of assets to achieve the best results.
- Align strategy with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus for the company's overall growth.
- Supply chain management and cost control in coordination with CFO and Finance. Supervision of middle management
- Planning and control of production plans and forecasts and regular and accurate management reporting.
- Collect and analyze data to find broken points or overtime costs.
- Follow factory safety procedures.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize production and standards, indicators, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
- Solve problems or concerns of employees and manage collective bargaining agreements.

- Age: 30-45 years
- Education level: Bachelor's degree - Master's degree
- Experience (years): 5-6 years
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Have at least 5 years of management experience in industrial factory management (Candidates with experience in Chemical, Textile, or Chemicals industries will be considered special)
- Understanding of accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand generation, inventory, and maintenance processes
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to take responsibility and lead by example
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Working days: Monday-Saturday; Holiday: Alternate Saturdays, Sundays
- Working hours: 08:00 - 17:30 hrs.
