Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB
Responsibility:
General Ledger function:
• Prepare and record GL (including accrual and prepayment entries) by compiling and analysing accounting information.
• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
• Summarise financial status by collecting information; balance sheets, profit and loss, and other statements.
• Prepare and submit Withholding Tax and VAT reports.
• Follow-up with management for any demand on GL accounts analysis and explanation
Fixed Asset function:
• Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
• Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts.
• Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level accounting the general ledger.
• Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
