หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. ตรวจสอบ บันทึกคุณภาพของพนักงานในแต่ละวัน เพื่อตรวจปล่อยผลิตภัณฑ์

2. ติดตาม และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาให้กับหัวหน้าหน่วย กรณีทาง LINE พบปัญหา

3. ตัดสินใจด้านคุณภาพของงานให้กับหัวหน้าหน่วย กรณีที่หัวหน้าหน่วยไม่สามารถตัดสินใจได้

4. ตรวจสอบ SPEC ที่จะใช้ในการผลิต

5. ติดต่อประสานงานภายในแผนก หรือแผนกต่าง ๆ กรณีที่มีปัญหาเรื่องคุณภาพ

6. สรุปปัญหาคุณภาพของงานในแต่ละวัน และรายงานผลต่อที่ประชุมการผลิต

7. ติดตามและปรับปรุงแก้ไข เพื่อให้ KPI ของแผนกให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย

8. ตรวจสอบระบบการห้ามจ่ายและการล็อคสินค้า ตลอดจนการชี้บ่งสถานะของผลิตภัณฑ์

9. ตรวจสอบใบรายงานของงาน ที่มีการ RECOVERY แล้ว

10. ตระหนักและปฏิบัติตามระเบียบปฏิบัติระบบคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงความปลอดภัยด้านอาหาร

11. ตระหนักและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบข้อกำหนดในระบบอาชีวอนามัย ความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม

12. ตระหนักและปฏิบัติงานภายใต้การบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพ 9001 / BRC / 14001 / 45001 /ฮาลาล และระบบมาตรฐานอื่นๆ

13. เข้าใจและตระหนักถึงร่องรอยสัตว์พาหะ และ การเฝ้าระวังสัตว์พาหะในบริษัท

14. กำกับและตระหนักด้านการประสานงาน การสื่อสารลูกค้า และการช่วยเหลือแก้ปัญหาให้ลูกค้าที่รับผิดชอบ ตามระเบียบปฏิบัติที่กำหนดไว้

15. ตระหนักและรับผิดชอบในการสื่อสารข้อมูลต่างๆให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชารับทราบถึงนโยบายและกฏระเบียบระบบคุณภาพต่างๆ

คุณสมบัติ

ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรม/วิทยาศาสตร์
มีพื้นฐานด้าน QC/การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
มีความรู้ด้านระบบคุณภาพ GMP/HACCP/ ISO 14001/ 18001
มีความเป็นผู้นำและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และมีความคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์
ถ้ามีทักษะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษจะพิจารณาพิเศษ
