Telesales (IT Distribution)

- Order processing: Ensuring that customer’s orders are processed and delivered to customers on a timely basis.
- Active accounts: Maintain a set number of active reseller accounts
- Phone calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up on sales opportunities to ensure sales closure.
- Active markets: sell Company’s range of products to reseller base
- Track all sales calls, analyze sales activities and provide feedback on market competition, pricing etc.
- Work and communicate closely with outdoor Sales & Product team on daily sales activity and progress
- Prepare quotation to resellers and handle specific stock requests for customers’ requirements
- Ensure timely follow up on inquiries? To prepare daily call out report, feedback & pass down reseller needs to Product Team
