Training Supervisor

- Conduct a survey of the needs and training needs of each department.
- Prepare a report summarizing the training needs survey. Develop training courses as assigned.
- Participate in designing and planning training and development (Training / Roadmap) according to the needs of the business unit. To increase the capabilities of employees.
- Organize training courses and employee development activities both internally and/or outside
- Analyze and prepare monthly training reports. Including a summary of training results Follow up or participate in training evaluation results.
- Conduct orientation for new employees.
- Carry out work on Skill Development Act By submitting certification of the curriculum to be complete and accurate.
- Participate in organizational development work such as system planning/HRO/JD/Career. Path/WI/Sucession Plan/Promotion.
- Develop personnel development and organizational development work to keep up with the business of other assigned companies.
- Age 30 years and over
- Bachelor's degree or higher Human resource development, business administration, social sciences, psychology or other fields related.
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in OD, HRD. Training in manufacturing companies will be given special consideration. and must have at least 3 years of experience at the supervisory level
- Strong knowledge of human resource development and event management tools.
- Have interpersonal skills, communication, presentation and relationship building.
- Be creative Have a can-do attitude have human relations Have a love for service and work as a team
- Have a good personality, reliable, agile, and enthusiastic about work, quick response.
- Open your mind to learn and develop yourself all the time.
