- Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment process for SCG, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Develop talent management programs, including succession planning, training and development, and performance management.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to SCG employees on HR policies, procedures, and issues. Resolve employee relations matters effectively and fairly.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving SCG's workforce performance and productivity. Prepare regular HR reports for SCG management.
- Change Management: Facilitate organizational change initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of change management plans that drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
- HR Compliance: Ensure SCG's compliance with labor laws, regulations, and SCG HR policies. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR operations within SCG.
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to SCG leaders, providing HR guidance and support on various HR matters, including compensation and benefits, organizational design, and employee engagement.
