M&A Assistant Manager (SCG Decor / SCG Smart Living)

- Study and Analyze the possibilities of M&A (acquisitions, partnerships, or joint ventures) with target companies that align with the business plans of SCG Decor / SCG Smart Living.
- Analyze the industry conditions, competitive capabilities, and financial status of various companies in the target industry to select target companies for M&A.
- Prepare financial estimates and evaluate the value of the target company's business, synergies from M&A, and analyze the investment returns.
- Participate in the due diligence process in collaboration with various departments and consultants of SCG Decor / SCG Smart Living, and manage the due diligence process according to the project's operational plan.
- Determine the structure of acquisitions or partnerships with business partners that align with the objectives of M&A, taking into account accounting, financial, tax, and legal impact factors.
- Negotiate and participate in the preparation of relevant agreements for acquisitions, such as Share Purchase Agreements, Joint Venture/Shareholder Agreements.
- Prepare documents for presentation and seek investment approval from SCG Decor / SCG Smart Living, as well as documents related to the M&A process.
- Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (TOEIC at least 550/ IELTS at least 4.0/ TOEFL at least 31).
- Having at least 2 years of M&A experience will be considered as a special qualification.
- Understanding of accounting and finance, tax and legal regulations, and having well-rounded knowledge in business management.
- Possessing project management skills, prioritizing tasks, solving problems on the spot, and delivering work under pressure or tight deadlines.
- Having a customer service mindset, interpersonal skills, and good coordination and communication skills.
- Be able to work at SCG Decor (Don Mueang), Bangkok.
