Assistants Vice President - Legal (SCGJWD Group)
บริษัท ปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)- Draft, review, revise and negotiate legal contracts, letters of agreement or legal documentations to protect the organization’s legal and business interest in general and commercial contract.
- Execute legal affairs activities incorporating with company internal policies and external laws/regulations.
- Deliver professional supports related to a variety of company regulations, licenses, contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, and consulting to ensure all of company contracts are in line with legal implication as well as mitigating risk whenever possible.
- Ensure all permit operations are delivered according to applicable laws, rules, regulations, specifications, standards, policies and procedures related to processing of applications; initiates any actions necessary to correct deviations or violations.
- Develop effective relationships with external legal institutions and relevant authorities in a governance compliance manner.
- Lead a legal team and provide coaching & feedback to develop team to achieve functional and business objectives.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Law (especially in International Law Firm), of which 5 years’ experience in management level including drafting, reviewing and negotiating in various areas of law or related fields.
- Knowledge of contract, commercial and general business laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of M&A, JV, project finance and shareholder.
- Analytical, conceptual thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Management, leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurship mindsets.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
- Ability to travel within country and overseas.
- Based in Bangkok ( SCGJWD, Krungthep Kreetha).
