- Develop and manage engineering department within the overall plan of the business.
- Mentor and develop personnel within the department.
- Manage engineering team to continuously improve manufacturing process through the introduction of appropriate process controls.
- Responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with other departments.
- Drive functional excellence of the production engineering team.
- Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement, and machine availability through lean techniques and value engineering to enhance the capability of existing processes and remove waste.
- Analyze downtime, identify trends and develop solutions.
- Ensure accuracy of Production Engineering procedures and documentation.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Age 38 – 45 years old.
- Gender : Male
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
- At least 7 years’ experience in automotive engineering management field.
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
- Good communication in English both in verbal and written and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills, team working, analytical, time management and leading skills.
- Strong knowledge in all electronic manufacturing engineering processes.
- Experience in Kaizen, productivity, maintenance system, budget control, cost down project.
- Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track.
Working Hour :07.30 A.M. ~ 05.20 P.M. (Mon-Fri)
