- Play an active role as Brand Ambassador by inculcating the brand vision to instill consumer brand loyalty
- Follow-up on client enquiries and requests, including after sales services, proactively and independently
- Offer exceptional service standards, suggestions and alternatives, as well as anticipating future needs
- Take a proactive learning approach in understanding best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge and all category information
- Exercise teamwork and collaboration to ensure that client needs are placed at top priority
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in high-end luxury brand
- Experience working with international Watch & Fine Jewelry brands
- Good command of English
- Having a client list or experience to serve - build - engage VIP clients is an advantage
- Excellent cross-selling skills
- Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Work location : SIAM PARAGON 1st floor (North)
- Working time : 10.30 am.-20.00 pm.
