• Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies specifically tailored to the needs of the industry.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing customer relationships and increasing revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives and drive growth.
• Implement CRM tools (Salesforce) and systems to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to capture, manage, and leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure our CRM strategies remain competitive and effective.
• Develop and implement customer satisfaction survey strategies to measure and track the overall satisfaction levels of our customers.
• Design and implement customer satisfaction survey strategies to measure and track overall satisfaction levels, preferences, and sentiments.
• Lead and manage a team of customer complaints analysts to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, implementing standardized procedures and protocols for investigating complaints using the 5-Why analysis methodology.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, quality management or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., Five Whys, 7 Basis QC Tools, ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience implementing CRM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas sector, including industry dynamics, key players, and market trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
