• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, petrochemical and polymer, or a related field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
• 5-10 years of experience in PSA research and development, preferably in industries such as self-adhesive labels, adhesive tape, medical products, or protective films.
• Extensive knowledge of emulsion polymerization for PSA or related fields.
• Proficiency in PSA testing methodologies and related laboratory equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
