• Maintain and enhance mechanical production equipment and systems within the designated area.
• Implement the local Maintenance strategy, including supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, improving maintenance processes (including SAP PM), coordinating with other departments, and implementing condition monitoring tools.
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) requirements in the designated area, and actively involve Maintenance employees in ESH issues.
• Identify, analyze, and implement potential mechanical improvements (including cost savings) on production machinery in collaboration with other departments (Production, Quality, Purchasing).
• Conduct thorough diagnostics of mechanical issues, perform repairs, and ensure the timely restart of production machinery in case of breakdowns.
• Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems through attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking.
• Provide training and participate in the evaluation of mechanics within the area.
• Maintain up-to-date mechanical documentation in the area, including AutoCAD plans, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings.
