Process Ownership & Technical Governance-Oversee and support contract manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to approved processes, high-reliability -manufacturing requirements, and product specifications.
-Ensure accuracy and discipline in process documentation, engineering records, and change management activities.
-Participate in process reviews and audits, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and escalating non-conformities when required.
Manufacturing Process Optimization
-Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, RFT, throughput, and cost efficiency in collaboration with the TQY engineering team.
-Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and digital solutions to improve process robustness and consistency.
-Utilize data analysis to support improvement actions, including mistake-proofing and performance reporting.
Project & Change Execution
-Lead engineering change and improvement projects, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and controlled implementation.
-Maintain accurate project documentation and manage the controlled release of changes into production.
Technical Support & Problem Resolution
-Provide hands-on engineering support on the production floor for high-reliability fused device operations.
-Lead or support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (RCA/CAPA), and technical issue resolution across sites.
-Proactively identify quality and production risks and ensure effective escalation when required.
Lean, Continuous Improvement & Cost Efficiency
-Promote Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles across operations.
-Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and reliability.
-Facilitate and support cross-functional CI activities and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
Training, Documentation & Compliance
-Create, update, and maintain work instructions, technical procedures, and training documentation.
-Deliver training to operators and engineers, ensuring competency development and certification compliance.
-Support regulatory, EHS, RMA, and AS accreditation requirements as applicable.
Customer & Stakeholder Support
-Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to meet customer delivery and performance requirements.
-Support analysis of customer returns, prepare engineering reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
-Ensure all engineering activities contribute to customer satisfaction and product excellence.
