• Education: Bachelor of Science (Gems and Jewelry Technology) or related field
• Language Skills: Proficient in English and Thai, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with international customers and internal factory teams.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, After-sales Service, or related fields including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team-lead role, Previous experience in a jewelry business will be considered an advance.
