As a Senior System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will lead the analysis of complex business needs, design scalable system architectures, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization’s digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Requirements Engineering: Lead the elicitation and analysis of complex business and user requirements; translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications and system designs.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify bottlenecks; propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive system design documentation, including Process Flows, Use Cases, Data Models, and Technical Specifications.
• Development Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions are built according to design specifications and meet high-quality standards.
• Quality Assurance & UAT: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives and provide expert-level support in investigating and resolving complex system defects.
• SDLC Support: Provide end-to-end technical guidance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial design through deployment and maintenance.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Strategic Insights: Provide strategic recommendations by leveraging a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and holistic systems thinking.
• Technology Scouting: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate best practices into the system landscape.
