About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive engineering experience
- Proven track record in process development, contamination/cleanliness engineering, defect reduction, or advanced material handling.
- Strong technical expertise in semiconductor, hard disk drive, or related high-tech manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Your experience includes:
- Experienced in managerial or senior leadership roles.
- Experience with advanced tape processing, chemical/mechanical cleaning, or next-generation contamination control systems.
- Strong background in quality methodologies (FMEA, Six Sigma, SPC, root cause analysis).
- Global experience working with multi-site teams and international suppliers.
