About you:
- B.S. degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design and automation systems.
- Familiarity with industrial sensors, actuators, motor control systems and other related industry standards.
- Experience with CAD tools for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks, EPLAN, etc).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, responsible, with a “can-do” attitude and an open mindset.
- English proficiency both in writing and speaking.
- Good communication and teamwork ability.
Your experience includes:
- Electrical Circuit Design (a must): Able to read, create electrical schematic and wiring diagrams by using tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
- Control System (a must): Understand sensors, actuators, relays, encoder, and motor control systems (VFDs, servos) and basic PID control theory.
- Industrial Communication Protocol (a must): Knowledge of industrial communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, CANopen.
- Troubleshooting and Testing (a must): Proficient in diagnosing electrical issues in automation systems and able to use diagnostic tools (e.g. multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
- Safety Standards (preferred): Aware of electrical safety standards (e.g., SEMI, SOP39, NFPA, IEC) and understand machine safety components (e.g., emergency stops, safety relays, Interlock switch).
- Pneumatics System (preferred): Knowledge of pneumatic components (e.g., solenoid, cylinder, manifold, valve).
- Machine Vision (Preferred): Knowledge of machine vision design and component selection
- Programing (optional): Knowledge of programming PLCs and uController. Understand ladder logic, function block diagram, and programming syntax.
