What will you do here?

• Formulate, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the software aligns with specified requirements and maintains high-quality standards.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects, collaborating with development teams to facilitate effective resolution.
• Actively participate in product design reviews, offering valuable feedback on functional requirements and product designs.
• Assist the team in developing and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure software quality and improve testing efficiency.
• Conduct performance, usability, and security testing to validate software robustness.
• Stay abreast of the latest software testing tools and methodologies, integrating them into our testing processes.
• Foster collaboration with fellow QA testers to enhance the overall quality of the software development life cycle.
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Identify and rigorously test for common accounting errors.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with accountants and other financial professionals.

What background work best for this position

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience of working in accounting is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of software testing principles and practices.
• Proficient in using test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience in performance testing, usability testing, and security testing.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
