About the Job
We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive who can turn complex financial and accounting topics into simple, easy-to-understand content. You will be the “knowledge communicator” of PEAK creating useful content in both written and video formats, and speaking on camera to educate SMEs across the country.
What you’ll be doing
Your main responsibilities will be mainly divided into two parts:
1. Project-Based Content & Targeted Communication (50%)
- Plan and execute project-based content initiatives, including product or feature launches, educational content series, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage content timelines and deliverables in collaboration with the marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and distribute communication and promotional content tailored to specific target audiences across relevant channels.
- Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, and Creative teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and audience relevance.
2. Content Creation & Educational Storytelling (50%)
- Create educational content related to accounting, finance, tax, and business operations in a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Develop learning materials across multiple formats, including videos, blogs, seminars, workshops, manuals, brochures, and other educational assets.
- Organize and manage educational content across company platforms such as the Learning Center website, YouTube, and other learning channels.
- Translate technical inputs from internal teams into accessible and valuable content for business owners and users.
- Build content that supports customer learning experiences throughout the entire customer journey
