Senior Foreign Trade Officer

- Take responsibility for assigned overseas markets such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and other countries as assigned.
- Identify, follow up, and develop new overseas B2B customers and leads.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including the Export and Purchasing teams, to support sales operations.
- Prepare sales-related documents and reports, such as sales summaries, stock updates, and monthly purchase reports.
- Handle customer service, resolve issues, and follow up on product quality complaints.
- Male, aged 30 years or above.
- Bachelor’s in Science, Agriculture, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in international B2B sales.
- Good command of English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Canva usage.
- Strong service mindset, passion for sales, high level of patience, and ability to work under pressure.
